Penhela Associates was established in 1996 and is an MBA career consulting and recruitment company that works closely with UK, European and US business schools and individuals delivering career services. We work with global MBA recruiters supporting them with identifying and recruiting high quality candidates for their companies.

We have close relationships with leading business schools and their careers teams and have developed a powerful and constantly evolving range of career related services and workshops that are tailored to the needs of individual schools. We have developed close, pro-active working relationships with all our business school clients who value our expertise, flexibility and professionalism. Our objective is to help business schools design and deliver world-leading career services.

We also recruit internationally, at all levels, for Blue-Chip organisations, across a range of industries and across a range of functional related positions including Strategy, Finance, Business Development and Marketing. Our clients appreciate our non-standardised and effective approach to recruitment projects.
