Screening Process

Penhela Associates always aims to offer a value added service and to this end our screening process goes far beyond that of a traditional recruitment firm.

Typically, our process includes:

  • Face-to-face interview (location permitting)
    -   to evaluate candidate's ability, experience and motivation
  • Business case study, where appropriate
  • Psychometric test, where this is helpful

We also have experience in tailoring the screening process to meet the needs of specific companies. This may mean, for example, developing a specific case study with a client; incorporating traditional round one interview elements into the screening; or including a presentation or other evaluation exercises.

This approach ensures we get a real feel for a candidate's ability and their approach to business issues and enables Penhela to provide clients only with candidates who are an exceptionally strong match for their business requirements.

Our screening process ensures we achieve a very high 'hit rate' in terms of offers being made to our candidates.
